3.2 Medical Disclaimer

Our health screening program is designed as a guideline and preventative health tool. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We strongly advise all participants to:

• Consult with their GP or healthcare provider for formal testing and diagnosis
• Seek immediate medical attention for any urgent health concerns
• Follow up on any concerning results with their regular healthcare provider
• Continue regular check-ups and medical care as recommended by their doctor

4. Booking and Appointments

4.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from Workplace Health MOT.

4.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.

4.3 Client Responsibilities

The client organisation is responsible for:

• Providing adequate space and facilities for health screenings
• Ensuring employee participation is voluntary and informed
• Communicating appointment times to employees
• Providing access to electricity and basic amenities if required

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or invoice (for approved business accounts). Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5.3 Late Payment

Late payment may result in suspension of services and may incur interest charges at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. All health information is kept strictly confidential and will only be shared with:

• The individual participant (their own results)
• Healthcare professionals involved in their care (with consent)

7. Liability and Indemnity

7.1 Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to provide accurate health screenings, we cannot be held liable for:

• Medical conditions that are not detected during screening
• Consequences arising from failure to follow up with a GP or healthcare provider
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control

7.2 Professional Indemnity

7.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
